Respect the temple you are. Nourish your body with healthy foods, and move in a way that you enjoy. Approach NEW with curiosity. Be willing to try new things or challenge yourself. This is essential to creating a life of pure bliss for yourself.

This may look like:
Sleeping and Resting
Walking or Running
Eating Nutritious Food
Dancing
Massage
Swimming
Lifting
Yoga
Take some time and reflect. Choose a couple of questions and record your reflections. This might happen via an “old school” hand-written journal or new age digital notes or voice notes using apps like Otter.

What would I look like if this system were to optimally function?
How much time do I dedicate to this system of my life?
What’s going well and what could be better?
Who might I call on for support?
What barriers are present and how can I remove them?
How might I challenge myself?
What type of movement do I enjoy?
How can I challenge myself?
How might I learn more?
